Order processing time

• All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours from the moment they are submitted.

• In the case of a large number of orders, the processing time may be slightly longer, of which the customer will be informed by email.

Delivery time

• Standard delivery time is from 3 to 7 business days depending on delivery address.

• Shipping is only possible via proven courier companies, to ensure safety and punctuality.

Shipping costs

• The shipping cost is provided when placing the order and depends on the chosen delivery method.

• For orders above 299 PLN shipping can be free (example condition – you can adjust it to the store's policy).

Tracking your shipment

• Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives an email with a tracking number that allows them to monitor the shipment in real time.

Delivery area

• The store fulfills orders in Poland and selected European Union countries.

• If delivery to a specific country is not possible, the customer will be informed of this when placing the order.

Delays

• The store is not responsible for delays resulting from the fault of the carrier or factors beyond its control (e.g. weather conditions, customs procedures).
