Terms and conditions of service

1. General provisions

  1. These regulations define the rules for using the online store. trenlix available at: www.trenlix. com.

  2. The owner of the store is:

  3. The Regulations are addressed to consumers and define the rules for concluding distance sales contracts via the store.

2. Definitions

  • Client – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making a purchase in the store.

  • Store – website operated by the Seller at www.trenlix. com.

  • Seller – company trenlix sp. z o.o.

  • Goods/Product – movable items offered in the store.

  • Sales agreement – an agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer on the terms specified in the regulations.

3. Rules for using the store

  1. The customer is obliged to use the store in a manner consistent with the law and good practices.

  2. The condition for placing an order is to provide correct contact details.

  3. All prices in the store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.

4. Orders and payments

  1. Orders can be placed via the store's website 24/7.

  2. Available payment methods: payment card, online transfer, electronic payment systems (e.g. Blik, PayPal).

  3. The seller confirms acceptance of the order by e-mail.

5. Delivery

  1. Goods are delivered via courier companies.

  2. Delivery time is usually from 3 to 7 business days.

  3. Delivery costs are provided when placing your order.

6. Returns and complaints

  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 90 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

  2. The rules regarding returns and complaints are specified in a separate document "Information on returns and complaints".

  3. In the case of defective products, the Seller bears full statutory liability.

7. Protection of personal data

  1. The administrator of personal data is Xaverno sp. z o.o.

  2. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

  3. Detailed information can be found in the "Privacy Policy" document.

8. Final provisions

  1. The Regulations come into effect on the date of publication on the store's website.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to change the regulations.

  3. In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
